Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Many types of products can not be returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
Other items that can not be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable content
To make a return, you must send an email to email@example.com by mentioning your order number and the item to be exchanged.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where a refund is not granted: (where applicable)
- Any article which is not in its original state, which is damaged or which presents certain missing parts for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a number of days depending on the banking organizations.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the issuing body of your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to email@example.com and send us your article to: Avenue de Jette, 155, 1090 Brussels – Belgium.
To return a product, you must send it by post to the address mentioned on the package.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than 50 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
